About the Event

An all-ages drag show and tarot card readings in partnership with the Spells + Stardust market. PLUS The Power of Pronouns with Your Queer Life Coach!

The Event:

4:30-4:40 The Power of Pronouns - an opening talk with Your Queer Life Coach. We’ll talk about the life-saving power of pronouns, answer frequently asked questions about using pronouns, and share practical ways to support the 2SLGBTQ+ community through inclusive language.

4:45-6:30 Tarot & Drag - Watch drag queen Xtacy Love lip sync, dance and bring the party while A Medium Named Bri moves through the audience to read tarot cards!

Due to the size of this event, not everyone will be guaranteed a tarot reading. A Medium Named Bri will do as many as she can in the time of the event, and people will be chosen at random by Xtacy Love.

Your Hosts:

Xtacy Love (she/her) is an iconic drag queen who created the Haus of Love, an inclusive space where everyone is welcome. Xtacy uses her shows to spread the message that beauty comes in ALL sizes. You will be on your feet dancing as she twirls to your favourite music, and thrills you with her stunning outfits! instagram & tiktok: @xtacylove

A Medium Named Bri (she/they) is a local medium! Bri talks to the dead for a living, and connects folks to those they love most. Bri also LOVES reading tarot cards! Tarot is a fun and light way to receive messages and guidance! Bri is passionate about her work and strives to create spaces where people of all ages can feel a sense of belonging and connection.

Your Queer Life Coach, Sarah Syrett MSW, RSW (she/her) is a local therapist who works with folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. She works with youth and adults and brings compassion with a side of humour to her work. Sarah is passionate about creating a sense of acceptance and belonging for queer people at all stages of their journey.
