Spirit Guide Meet & Greet

Guided Meditation Journey and Interpretation

What are spirit guides? How do they function in our world and in our life? How can we connect with them?  Join me in a workshop custom-designed with love and intention by me, for you. This workshop was created after many wonderful requests from my community! I spent time in meditation, creation, and finally tested this with my community to ensure you would have a meaningful experience with your spiritual centre!

Let’s walk the bridge from here, to our soul house together.

In this workshop we will cover:

• What are spirit guides?
• Types of guides
• How guides function in our lives
• How to recognize signs and communication with our guides in day to day life
• Understanding YOUR intuition, and how you receive messages during the meditation
• Bri’s custom meditation to meet some of your guides, and receive messages on your current path
• Sharing circle, and personal interpretations from Bri regarding your meditation experience

I am keeping these workshops to 4 participants per workshop and am setting the intention for this to be a safe, warm and welcoming journey where you feel open to having and sharing a meaningful experience within a small group. By the end of the workshop, my goal is that you will have experienced your own guides and received messages that are meaningful to you.

What to bring/prepare:

• An open mind/heart
• A journal and pen
• A safe, quiet space free of distraction where you feel comfortable expressing yourself.

While I am so grateful to do this with you, I want to remind you that there is no guaranteed outcome. The majority of participants have had a meaningful experience. However, as you have heard in my own story of my spiritual path, the first time I attended something like this, I had a very moving experience, while my mom saw absolutely nothing. Please come with an open heart and mind, and I will do my absolute best to make this a delightful experience for you.
