About the Event

What a treat! Laura of Moonlight Yoga (@moonlight.yoga) will be joining us for some slow flow yoga and breathwork. Laura has launched a retreat collaborating with a few others and is going to share some details about that with us after the class! 

Here are all the details: 

45-60 Minutes of Slow Flow Yoga, followed by a 15 minute breathing exercise. No yoga experience needed :) Just an open mind! 

Nothing fancy is required (if you don't have a mat they can practice on a thick blanket or carpet) but I always recommend having a pillow, blanket and yoga block (if available) handy.

Here's a little bit about me Laura!

Laura (she/her) fell in love with yoga in 2011 & became a certified instructor in 2013. Since then, she has taught many styles of yoga at multiple studios & continues to grow her teaching & personal practice (mainly online and outdoors nowadays!). She is passionate about creating impactful classes with an experience & a purpose that can be lived off the yoga mat.

With a clear focus on alignment, Laura will offer you many options throughout your practice & do her best to help you feel safe in body & mind.

She has the ability to lift you up with creative, high intensity sequences, while also keeping you grounded & at ease. Her goal is to help students not only get to know themselves through this movement practice but also realize that they are powerful beyond their own beliefs and deserving of how amazing yoga makes them feel!

Come Home Virtual Retreat was inspired by yogis and foodies all around that are craving comfort and connection. Craving to feel like themselves again in our ever-changing world. This retreat will bring you just that. It is an opportunity to escape from the everyday, to take time to nourish your body and mind in order to reconnect to yourself.

The experience is completely virtual and pre-recorded so you can enjoy it completely on your own time. You may choose to follow along the entire day schedule for the full retreat experience or to enjoy a single class, meditation or recipe when you have time.

The best part is that once purchased, the retreat is yours forever to enjoy as often as you like!

Our hope is that this retreat leaves a lasting impact and provides tools that you can use at any time to reconnect and come home to yourself.
